For my map illustration I picked the city of Denver Colorado to do. I picked this because it is my favorite place to visit in the world. There is so many fun stuff to do there. I chose the color green for the land, and blue for the water. And for all my landmarks and road names I left them with a white background so they would pop more. I zoomed in and hand drew everything on this map and it took time but I liked the way it turned out. I then turned down the opacity a little bit.
